HALL RESERVATION CHANGE NOTIFICATION

Starting the second Tuesday in November, 2008 reservations for hall rental will begin for January, 2009 through June, 2009. Beginning the second Tuesday in May, 2009 you be able to reserve a hall for July, 2009 through December, 2009. If either Tuesday falls on a holiday, hall reservations will begin that Wednesday. We are hoping to simplify the hall reservation process and are anticipating an easy transition. If you have any questions please contact City Hall at 242.7770.

Banquet Halls

St. Bernard maintains two banquet halls for use by its residents and community organizations. Non-smoking halls are available for rental to residents only and can be reserved by visiting City Hall at 110 Washington Avenue. The contract must be signed and event hosted by resident.

The total amount of $75 cash is due at the time the hall is reserved ($50 rental and $25 deposit). Reservations must be made in person by a St. Bernard resident only at City Hall between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. Monday through Friday. Halls may be occupied between the hours of Noon and 12:30 A.M. on the day of the reservation.

Keys for hall rental can be picked up on Thursday or Friday before the weekend rental and returned on Monday during normal office hours.

No wedding receptions, dances for which tickets are sold, or activities which charge an admission are allowed.
