Council Minutes
Committee of the Whole meetings are on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00pm. The Village Council Meetings are on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00pm. Both meetings are held in Council Chambers in the City Hall building, located at 110 Washington Avenue.
Meetings can be viewed live on the St. Bernard Facebook page HERE (comments are not monitored in real time). Meetings can also be seen on Spectrum channel 8 and Altafiber channel 838 on Sundays at 9:30 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 PM and Fridays at 7:00 PM. Additionally, meetings can be viewed anytime online via the ICRC website HERE. **As of 4/25/2024...ICRC's website is currently going through a migration period and the ICRC government meeting viewing link listed on our page may be temporarily unavailable.
In the interim, viewers can still access
www.icrctv.com and use the “Video on Demand” drop menu to access government meetings and other video content in our community. They are working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
