Heritage Hill Survey

The Village of St. Bernard was the recipient of a planning grant for the Heritage Hill business district and has engaged Yard & Co. to guide us through this exciting process. The Village of St. Bernard is happy to announce the implementation of our new mass notification system!  We will be phasing out from our current "Call Command"/notification system.  This new system will improve/enhance our communication capabilities of emergencies, announcements, and community events and will include email, voice, and text notifications.  It does require each resident to create a new account on our Resident Portal and subscribe to your preferred method(s) of notif...
