Help Hamilton County Public Health (HCPH) learn more about our community!

Please take a few moments to share what you feel are the most important health and safety concerns for St. Bernard. The results of this survey will be used to complete the Community Health Assessment Report for our community. HCPH will present the responses from the survey, as well as important health and safety data from the report, at a community discussion being held on Tuesday, May 14, 6:00 p.m. at the St. Bernard Branch Library.
