CIC Request for Proposals - Park Place - Deadline Extended to May 15

The St. Bernard Community Improvement Corporation is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for 4524 + 4528 Park Place. Properties will be sold as a package to one buyer with the intent to construct one (1) single-family home.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: MAY 15, 2020

Following submission, applicants will contacted if any questions or points of clarification arise during review.  Full proposals will be scrubbed of applicant details and reviewed side-by-side by the CIC’s property review committee.  The committee will make a recommendation on next steps and approval/disapproval for all proposals received at the May 19, 2020 regular CIC meeting, barring extenuating circumstances.
