COW and Special Council Meeting Thursday, May 14, 2020
Published: May 12 2020 2:33 PM
There will be a Special Council Meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 7:30pm, after the scheduled Committee of the Whole meeting at 7:00pm. See COW Agenda here: COW Agenda 05-14-2020.
The purpose of the special meeting is for Council to vote on Ordinance No. 8, 2020, which authorizes the Service Director to enter into a contract for the McClelland Avenue Improvement project. The ordinance being voted on at the Special Council meeting can be viewed here: Ordinance No. 8, 2020.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there will be special procedures in place for both meetings. These measures have been adopted to keep everyone involved safe while still allowing the public to view the meetings as they are happening.
The meetings will be closed for in-person audience attendance. Attendance will consist of council members and administration only as they are performing an essential government function. Please note that CDC recommendations for social distancing will be followed during the meeting.
Questions about the ordinance or any other concerns from residents must be submitted in advance by email. Please forward your questions to mayor@cityofstbernard.org and they will be answered during the meeting. You must include your name and address in the email.
