Information Regarding Events this Weekend

In honor of Earth Day, Councilmember Don Tobergte and Mayor Jonathan Stuchell will be hosting the annual Clean Up St. Bernard Day in the village on Saturday, April 23, from 9a to 12p. Please gather by the lower level of City Hall, where volunteers will be supplied with trash tongs, gloves, and bags.
Volunteers are also needed to start building the raised garden beds this weekend for the new Community Garden located at Upper Ross Park on Tennis Lane on Saturday, April 23, starting at noon (after St. Bernard Cleanup) and Sunday, April 24, starting at 9:00am. Food and drinks will be provided both days. Please bring work gloves. For more information on the Community Garden please contact Chris Sauer at 513.235.8104.
The annual paint drive hosted by Lillian and Don Middendorf on behalf of Matthew25 Ministries will also be taking place on Saturday, April 23rd from 9am to 11:30am in the lower level parking lot of City Hall. Various items will be accepted, such as latex paint, clothing, and cleaning supplies.
Finally, The St. Bernard Woman’s Club will be hosting their auction on Saturday, April 23rd in the Main Level of the Municipal Building for new and gently used items. Doors will open at 12:00pm for browsing and silent auction will begin at 1:00. There will also be Spilt the Pot, and refreshments will be served.
