CIC Auction of Former Crosley's Sports Bar Items

In 2021 the St. Bernard Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) purchased the building at 4109 Vine St. housing the First State Bank branch and formerly Skyline Chili and Crosley’s Sports Bar. That property is part of the larger redevelopment effort we are undertaking in that area of our village. As part of this process, it is necessary to remove the fixtures, furniture, and equipment from the vacant Crosley’s location. We have engaged Penny Worley Auctioneers to facilitate this effort. This auction is public and will be promoted and marketed by Penny Worley to garner the highest bids possible. That said, the CIC wanted to ensure that our local businesses and organizations were notified and given ample opportunity to review the items available and bid, if desired.

The bidding for this auction is online only and there will be an opportunity to view the items in person prior to the auction closing. Penny Worley is managing the entire auction process, including the preview and item retrieval.
